Severne Foil Freek L.E. 2023: The Performance Sail for Foil and Freestyle

Are you looking for a windsurfing sail that is equally suitable for foiling and classic windsurfing? The Foil Freek 2023 from Severne is the answer!

Although the Foil Freek was specifically developed for foiling, it can also be used excellently as a freestyle sail. It is known for its light handling and smooth response, even in strong gusts.

Foil-Optimized Design

This sail stands out due to its particularly high and narrow cut (stretched outline). This design is crucial because it reduces pressure in the lower area of the sail, which prevents being overpowered while airborne. The stretched outline improves speed, lift, and overall control.

The low weight of the Foil Freek is a particular advantage when foiling. When you are hovering a meter above the water, a light sail ensures a pleasant and controlled ride.

The smaller sizes (4.4, 4.8, and 5.2) feature 4 battens. For optimal performance, and to best support the low weight and the characteristics of the battens, the use of an RDM mast is recommended.

Features of the Severne Foil Freek 2023:

Very light weight
Optimized pumpability
High center of effort (lift)
Recommended mast type: RDM
